Telling People at 8 weeks

We had an ultrasound at 7+3 and saw the heartbeats and both babies. Should we be out of the dark and ok to tell people? Next appointment is at 11 weeks and id hate to find out if one or both of them stopped growing in the four weeks between appointments, but I want certain people to know.
