could I still be pregnant?

a week and a half ago (I was 4 weeks) and I started bleeding heavily and cramping like if I had my period and all my symptoms went away.. my breast arent sore anymore 
But idk.. I feel pressure in my lower abdomen and I'm tired more than usual.. it's strange but has anyone ever gone through what they thought was a mc and ended up not being one?  I know I should go see a de.. I haven't gone since the "mc" because I bought it  would be pointless

Dont want to be negative, but after a miscarriage symptoms can last for weeks afterwards and you still have pregnancy hormones which show up a positive test, even if the baby has been miscarried. I think its best to see a doctor because IF you have miscarried, its important for them to find out if everything has passed, because if parts of your uterus (i think) are still in there, it can cause a infection and cause alot of problems so its important that everything has passed through. However, bleeding is quite common in some people during early pregnancy, so could be normal but for peace of mind i think its best to go get it checked by a doctor, not a pregnancy test. goodluck x

You need to get checked. The doctor needs to make sure any lingering tissue is gone and your HCG levels are going back to 0. There can be deadly consequences to an incomplete miscarriage (infection, cancer) so you need to go in.

I know of a few people who were pregnant with twins and mc one but had a healthy pregnancy with the other. Unlikely but best to get checked out!

You cany assume you mc its best to go to the doctors to verify whats happening.

Take a pg test and see if the line is still there. At this point it should be gone or at least vvvvvvvvfl on the test.
