Pcos needed of advise

Hi everyone my name is Jenny I just turned 28 this month and my husband and I have been trying for about 5 months to conceive we've had no luck. We have been together for about 7 years and in all 7 years we have used the pull out method until we started trying. In January I was told I had pcos and now I'm super worried that maybe it wasn't luck that we didn't get pregnant all those years, but that I'm not fertile. My doc says to try to loose weight and maybe that might work. I'm 195lbs and I try but it's really hard. How long did it take you ladies to get pregnant if you have pcos and if you have any tips I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
