Threatened MC

I was having rectal bleeding this past week. I went to the ER to make sure it wasn't effecting baby H. Well they did a vaginal ultrasound and a pelvic exam and they said I had a little bleeding. I've never had any vaginal bleeding since I found out I was pregnant. I feel like they caused the bleeding by poking down there. He said it wasn't from the inside it just looked like the outside was bleeding a bit.
