Our little Flynn Riordan arrived on September 22nd at 12:18 pm, after 6.5 hours of super hard labor (water broke at 4:00 am, but wasn't in active labor, so at 6:30 they started pitocin and before I was able to get my epidural at 11:30 am, I was already at 10 cm and little one was already making his way out)! He almost didn't wait for the doctor to get there! She barely got her gown and eye shield on before he started to crown! Six pushes and he was OUT! It was incredibly emotional and such an amazing experience! My husband was my rock during it all, especially when I started to doubt myself. He was right there lifting me up! 💙
