So I am not sure if I took my prenatal vitamin this morning and I am having a headache and feeling a little dizzy I'm wondering if I should take one but the problem is I don't remember if I already did should I just wait until tomorrow to take one?

Wait until tomorrow. It's okay to skip one day, in case you forgot to take it. And you don't want to overdose, in case you did take it. For the headache, take Tylenol, drink plenty of water, and relax.

It's just a vitamin. It won't hurt you if you take it twice. Your body will absorb what it needs, and anything left over you'll just pee out.

Also missing a prenatal isn't going to cause the dizzy and what not. That's probably just coincidence
