Posted at I'm on my 4th. Just big knickers and maternity pads from asda. I never leak through if I change often and I bleed and bleed post c section.

Cousin recommended the depends underwear just to save mess but I'm worried about them pushing on the incision so not sure if I'm
Gunna buy them. By the time the incision is less tender, the bleeding would be lighter anyways so I'm not sure at all

Posted at I used the giant pads they give you at the hospital for as long as I could before I ran out. Then just some heavy duty pads after. The bad thing about depends is that they will probably rub right against your incision, where as with pads you can use whatever underwear fits you comfortably at the time. For the first week or so I could barely even stand pj bottoms that hit were my incision was.
