cloth or disposable I need the facts!!

With my first two babies I used disposable but since doing the math it seems so much more economically efficient but I wanna know the facts! From cleaning to drying to how well they absorb an are they more of a hassle? How many do you need to start with? Is a diaper service better or can I do all this at home? An which kind of cloth diapers are the best? All in one? Hybrid? Plz help!!
