family stress
So my mom tells me I need to eat healthier and I do and then she yells at me because I'm "too thin". And by eating healthy I don't mean going on a diet. I just mean cutting a lot of packaged processed food out of my diet and eating more natural stuff. And on occasion I'll have something a little unhealthy specifically around my cravings time like squash with Parmesan cheese and butter or a fun sized Milky Way and she just starts telling me how my eating habits are going to ruin my life and btw I am literally 105 pounds. I feel like she's just jealous that I can eat a lot of food and not get fat and she tries to go on "carb free" diets and is never satisfied. And it really makes me upset. There are three people whose opinions matter to me and she is one of them and she's always criticizing me and it makes me feel like crap. I just don't know what to do.
