Placenta Previa C-Section Question??

I was diagnosed with a complete placenta previa (where the placenta completely covers the cervix making it impossible to deliver vaginally if it does not correct itself) so I will be having a scheduled c-section.. Any ladies who have gone through this successfully? I am super nervous. And I'm also wondering how long was your hospital stay if you had a c-section caused by placenta previa? Usually it's 3-4 days for a c-section with no complications so is it longer with the previa complication? Any advice/stories/ comments welcome! Thanks!
