Sleep Apnoea

So a few years ago I was staying at my grandmother's house, when my grandmother went to check on me she noticed I wasn't breathing, she rubbed my chest, five seconds later I was breathing (I'm pretty sure she almost had a heart attack😐) So we went to the doctors, she told us to video tape me sleeping, so my mom made me sleep with her when my dad was at work, but they never recorded me. So we forgot about it and never focused on how I'm sleeping, when I spent the night at my friends house, at 1am she woke up and I was asleep sitting up, she kept saying "Paige?Paigie? Are you awake?" I didn't answer (she also had a heart attack, lately I've been getting it but not to frequently...thank God...Should I worry that one night It'll get worse?..
