why is my vagina itchy and it tickles?!

like something is moving and tickling my vag but idk why because i washed it down there...😳😳😳 Its kinda itchying like from 1-10 is like a 5... 😫. is this a pregnant sign because i missed my period already? could it maybe be a yeast infection???? i never had those, i only had a uti before... 😵
