Can't check comments?

I can't check comments on a post I made earlier. This happens to me A LOT. sometimes I can and sometimes glow won't let me. Anybody else have this issue? And why won't it let me open comments from my notifications? Is there another way to do it?

I think if you selected certain age groups to mute , you can't see there comments

Sometimes it will notify you but then get erased.
