thrombose hemmorhoids

So I am scheduled to be induced Thursday. I went to ER and had thrombose hemmorhoid lanced. It hurts so bad now but I'm doing sitz baths and that seems to help. Hopefully this will not interfere with a vaginal delivery. I know healing is going to suck. Anyone else have this issue? It's still swollen and sore!!!!!
