My weight dropped pretty fast after I stopped breastfeeding. I was killing myself ar the gym when I wa breastfeeding and couldn't lose a pound. When I stopped I lost 3 pounds in a week. Continued to lose after that. Idk if it's hormones or what, or maybe it's bc I was starving all the time when I was breastfeeding
