messed up sleeping schedule
So ever sense school started my sleeping schedule has been completely fucked up. Like I come home from school around 2 and just go to sleep until 9 pm then I do hw for like an hour and back to sleep until I wake up at 6. It's even weirder because I always had a good sleeping cycle but ever since this year started I'm always tired and all I want to do is sleep. I know this is probably something hormonal but I always feel shitty and tired and I kinda never go out or do anything because I'm always sleeping. Is there like anything I can do to get my sleeping schedule back on track?
