Painful Nips

I have a question for y'all. About a week and a half ago I wore that sticky boob bra thing with one of my favorite tops, and ever since then my nipples have been painful to the touch. I am definitely not pregnant, and my STI test from last week just came back negative. I've tried moisturizing and massaging, but nothing works. It's not friction from working out bc lol that hasn't been happening. Anyway they have never hurt this much after wearing a sticky bra. Does anyone know what else it could be?
