piercing help

Soo recently I got my ears pierced for the first time at Claires. (I'm 19, I know, I'm a little late to the piercing game) How long are your ears supposed to be sore for? It's been abot 2-3 days and my right ear is definitely more sore then the left. It's not excruciating, and really is only sore when touched/bumped/moved. But there's definitely some pain there. And It does hurt a little to turn the earrings when I clean them. The left ear is sore too, but not quite as much. I've been using the cleaning solutions 3 times daily, properly sanitizing my hands before cleaning and/or coming in contact with the piercing. I don't see any major redness, crust or signs of infection currently. I just want to know if this is a normal thing? I've tried to look online for answers but all I'm currently getting is piercing horror stories and completely different answers all over. If anyone has insight into any of this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
