lexapro and breastfeeding
I went to the doctor today at 8 weeks postpartum and was prescribed 10mg of lexapro. I am EBF and am just looking for others opinions on wether it worked. If it affected milk supply. Any input really. I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't take it or if I end up deciding to if I should just give up breastfeeding.
I also tried denying it and she basically told me my symptoms are too severe and to at least give it a try. I know if it was harmful it wouldn't be prescribed to breastfeeding mothers. I'm just looking for some reassurance I guess. Thanks.
