The beautiful thing about being pro-choice is believing in a woman's right to choose what is best for her. 
If this situation is real then my heart goes out to her. I wish her, her husband and the baby well.

My sister was in that position she was raped and got pregnant and her husband left the decision up to her but he didn't believe in abortion and when she decided to keep the baby he was very proud and raised the baby as his own and she's now 9 years old 😊

Honestly? I'd be pretty miffed, I wouldn't want to support a rapists baby. I know it's not the child's fault but I would resent it and it just wouldn't work. I'd have too much anger that a rapist did that to someone I love and the baby was a result of it. I couldn't support that decision. If someone else can then good for them but personally I couldn't.

I was in her position. When I was 17... was raped by a 14 year old. I aborted. I don't regret it one bit.

I'm happy that the couple made the decision that was right for them. For myself, I could have never kept my rapist's child and I am so thankful to have never been put into that position. That is the beauty of pro-choice - being able to make a decision that is right for you and you alone.

I think this was hard enough on both of them and it's not going to be an easy road at all, but I applaud that man for being proud and supportive of his wife. I'm sure she didn't make the decision alone and they probably talked a lot about it. But if her husband is man enough to care for and raise this baby as if it were his own, in my eyes, he's better than many men in this world. It takes a special person to be supportive of such a decision and I hope things work out for them and their family

I don't think I could keep the baby. Rape is one of the few times I believe abortion is okay.  I would want everything related to the rape gone so I could move on. If someone else thinks keeping the child is a better way for them to cope, hopefully they never have to make that decision, but they need to do what's best for them.
