Birth control and ovulating

I had sex two days ago. I'm on the pill but have problems because of my insulin ( not diabetic, runs in my family). He pulled out like right before he cummed. He put it on my thigh and I wiped it away as soon as it landed on me. But I started to get cramps a few days before and it felt like I had a cyst but my mom ( a doctor) told me I might be ovulating. I'm scared I might get pregnant or worry myself to death because there is a small chance. But I need to know how strong of a chance it will be for me to get pregnant from him pulling out. Ps my mom doesn't know
