Do they hurt?  Could be early labour, I've been having contractions for 2 nights and 2 days now (going into 3rd night)... had a bit of blood the last 2 days (so must be dilating at least) and the pain has been getting worse, but still 15-20 minutes apart and only lasting 30-40 seconds
