Vitamin B6 and Unisom. Every night, 2 B6 to one Unisom. That is the otc version of Diclegis. It needs some time to build up in your system.  Preggy Pop drops and ginger are also pretty good.

Lemon lime Gatorade helps me for sure. I'm puking all the time but the Gatorade has helped that significantly.

I am also experiencing horrible sickness too and it's all day. I bought these sea band acupressure bands last night and have used them all day today and although it doesn't get rid of the symptoms, it definitely takes the edge off. I was able to function slightly better today for the first time in over a week.  You can't get them on Amazon or any drug store.  I also scheduled an appointment for acupuncture tomorrow- fingers crossed that gives me some more relief.  Good luck- this is the worst, but know you are not alone!!

Vitamin B6 and unisom has helped me a bit. And snacking on crackers ever 10 minutes or more. Ginger makes me want to puke but it's helpful for others. Also I've been eating watermelon to help hydrate me, water has been a little difficult to drink.

I have been trying mix of things so far. The bands while I'm at work for a couple hours(they just make my hands hurt sometimes). Crackers in the morning before rolling out of bed.  Tried ginger candies, I do not care for them; however the faces I made was entertainment for my husband, he said "I imagine that's what it's like when your soul gets punched".  I also picked up a candy called 'Preggie Pop Drops' I find they work well when I'm not feeling that great. Even took one when I couldn't figure out if I wanted to throw up, eat, poop or just fart, all the unwell feeling went away pretty quickly once I popped one of them in my mouth. From the things I have read it has to do with maintaining your blood sugar levels. Good luck. Feel better
