Early labor signs?

40 weeks tomorrow. I'm nauseous, I've had vomiting a couple of days this week, my morning sickness seems to have come back, I keep getting the chills and shakes (no fever), I feel exhausted (I'm not sleeping well though). On Sunday I had about 3 hours of braxton hicks that never progressed into anything. I've been in bed essentially since Sunday just feeling sick and tired.
