period cramps
hi everyone! i've been off bc for a year now. i've been noticing l'll have awful cramps 3-5 days before my period, during my period(which lasts 4 days) & about 3-5 days after. my cramps are worse the couple days before & the couple days after. does anyone else experience this? i just want to see if it's normal or not lol.
