Does anyone else get these pains??

Okay, so when I was 9 or so (before I started getting my period), I had to have my appendix removed because it became infected and et cetera. So, now, whenever I have really bad cramps, they are always centered around my appendicitis scar. If they're light, it's in the more centered area of my torso, but my heaviest cramps are on top of my scar. Does anyone else get this, or maybe even know why this occurs?
