Am I pregnant

Last week when I wiped there was a very small drop of blood. Af is due today no bleeding no cramps. Frequent urination, bloating, back pain and my nipples are a little sore. 2 days ago before my period date I took a test and it said negative. I have also been having pain in my stomach which is very similar to the pain I had with my first pregnancy. Is it normal to not have any signs of a period but to get it the next day? Or could I be pregnant? 🤔
