help please

I took a pregnancy test on the 23rd and it was negative. I was suppose to start today on the 29th and I haven't came on. I've been feeling nauseous and I've been having frequent headaches throughout the past week and a half. I thought I had started earlier today but I was just wet.. Could I be pregnant ? Should I take another test or just wait ?
