Would one cup of coffee a day while pregnant be okay? I don't drink anything else but water. I am not currently pregnant. Just trying to see if I should go ahead & stop drinking coffee since we will be ttc soon. I have heard so many horror stories about coffee while pregnant. Like birth defects, etc.. But then I've heard that pregnant women can have uo to 200mg of caffiene a day.
