Help. Tmi

I've had diarrhea for the past 3 days. I've went 4 times today alone. I'm experiencing abdominal pain, cramping and what feels like occasional contractions. My dumbass went to call my doctor to realize they close early on Fridays and I do not by any circumstances want to go to l&d unless this is something urgent. Can this wait until Monday? What should I do?😰
