mild preeclampsia :(

31 weeks. Yesterday I went to L&E because I thought I was leaking amino fluid, which it turned out I was not, dr also checked for dialation and I'm at 1cm she said that was okay but my BP was in the 140s although it usually goes down once I calm down.  I always get super nervous and stressed at the dr I have a phobia of getting my BP taken (I know weird) and dr ran blood and urine tests ... All came back normal except the protein in my urine the did a catheter to get a cleaner sample 😫 and it came back still to high I think +1 so she told me I technically have a mild case. Now I have gone from a normal pregnancy to having to do see a dr and tests once a week and twice a week to stress test baby. I'm so freaking out I'm worried I will have to be induced if I can't control my BP or my labs continue to worsen.
