I had my tubes tied after my third child 2 1/2 years ago and have been feeling funny so took a test just to make sure. What do you think?

I started bleeding darker brown blood for 24 hours over the weekend. I'm still getting positive tests, and went into my ob this morning for an HCG level draw and they'll do a repeat in 48 hours. I am having weird pains but no more blood other than the occasional brown blood spotting. I'm still confused but won't have any answers till later this week.
