Could he be the one?

Ive had a few serious relationships, im 19 now. I've been with my current boyfriend since the end of May, and already I can see my whole life with him. This is the first time I've felt this connection with someone like this. Do you think it's likely that he really could be the one? I feel it is, but everyones like "youre so young!"

People can't decide that for you. It's based on how you truly feel about him, & vice-versa. But you're never too young to find your true love. Age is just a #, maturity is a choice.

You are going through that initial attraction point where you guys are "obsessed with each other." I don't mean it in a bad way - it just means you're in love!

However, you should try to be reasonable (which will be hard) about the true person you are with. Is he really mature enough? Emotionally stable enough? How does he react to certain situations? How does he treat friends, family, or even pets? Can he hold a stable job? These are things that we often overlook when we are in love. Just be cautious and safe until you know for absolutely sure. You will go through so much within the years to come that will test your relationship and strength. I would give it time to grow into a stronger love (this may not sound possible, but it is).

Lastly, have fun and enjoy being in love! If you are truly curious about love - I recommend reading a book called "The Five Languages of Love." You will learn a lot.

Side note: I am a month away from being 20. I married a man I was with for 4 years (and knew for 5) on my 19th birthday. We love each other dearly and are now trying to conceive our first! It is definitely possible to really love someone at a young age. Just give it a little more time to blossom!

I met my husband at 14 years old. We were dating all throughout high school. He's the only man I've ever had sex with as well. I knew he was the one. We just got married last month and we still have people saying we are to young even though we are 22 and 24 years old. It depends hun. I'm 17, my fiancé is 19. When we knew we knew! We've only been together 5 months (also may) I'll be following him around doing my schooling for real estate online while he is in the navy 😊 everyone around me knew it was right too just from seeing us together.
