Bloody show

OK so my doctor checked me earlier and I was spotting real light blood afterwards well now I'm really crampy n when I just went to the bathroom I believe I had my bloody show it was real dark red n stringy looking. I never had a bloody show with my first so I'm confused if that's what it was. So my ? Is for the ladies that had there bloody show what did it look like?
