When to worry?

So I have anterior placenta, and I'm lucky to feel my baby move when I do. He doesn't move that much, mainly at night & sometimes not at all, all day. I'm 23 weeks pregnant  
My question is when should I start to worry if he isn't moving enough?????

I'm 31 weeks with an anterior placenta and have been feeling regular movement from about 26 weeks. Now it's full on rolls and turns I feel. Be patient and don't worry. There is a medical reason you don't feel a ton of movement right now. Your baby will also have a pattern so pay attention to the times of day or activities that bring on movement (for me that's 3 pm and eating!).
