Uneasy Tummy

I am 5 weeks 5 days with my second pregnancy. The day I turned 5 weeks I started heavily spotting after I urinated and passing clots and having cramping. I went to my OB and he said the baby was in a good spot and that it was likely due to entering my bloodstream. That afternoon,still spotting, the cramping got so bad I wound up in the hospital. After another ultrasound ensuring the baby was still there and urine screening, I was told I had a urinary tract infection which was causing the inflammation and bleeding. I was sent home with an antibiotic and told to follow up with my OB. But ever since I started spotting my stomach has been so uneasy!! I have been constipated but I'm unsure if that's why my stomach feels uneasy, or if it's gas pains, or growing pains, or what? I have an appointment with my OB but, have any other mommas had this happen or felt like this?? I honestly don't remember if I felt like this with my son. Thank you!!
