tmi question, intestinal pressure and diarrhea

I got the worst sudden stomach ache tonight. I don't know if I ate something or if it's something weird going on with my body, but I've been in the bathroom all night. My stomach hurts from everything going on... my abdomen is so sore from it being all gurgly. I'm 8 weeks 2 days, and so worried of miscarriage. I know diarrhea is a sign of labor late in pregnancy, so should I be worried now? I had a stomach ache last night too, but nothing came of it.
