7 Months Less Sleep?

My guy turned 7 months on Sept. 17th. He was sleeping pretty decent waking once to eat and staying asleep while eating. Now, he is waking up and having a hard time getting a solid sleep. He will kick around, whine, move around and wake him self all the way up. Please tell me this is just a growth spurt or something. I'm so tired again 😩
