Face rash : dr said it's eczema. Tried everything and just won't go away. Any recommendations?

My lil guy has the same rash my peds said it's eczema which flares up really bad when he's teething..try over the counter cortisone cream if not have his dr prescribe stronger cortisone cream for him..it has helped my lil guy a lot.

I'm dealing with the same rash too.. It is eczema.. The dermatologist prescribed us a hydrocortisone ointment, and it was getting better but because the heat.. It flared up again.. I feel so bad as he is in pain and so itchy and dry.  At least you are not in the stage for this yet..

So my son has eczema and Aveeno Baby Eczema lotion works wonders. I apply morning and night. I also use their eczema bath soap and be sure to use lukewarm water because hot water can aggravate eczema. My son has a milk protein allergy so it has flared up worse a few times when I have tried non sensitive formula so maybe look into an allergen aggravating it.

My baby had the same thing. It got better once it wasn't so hot but I did Vaseline on it right after the bath and then coconut oil on it morning and night.
