sex constantly hurts with my boyfriend help

Okay so I'm 19 and my boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year. Everytime we have sex it always hurts. Like Iv had sex with 2 others besides him and it's never hurt as bad. Everytime we attempted sex I have to stop cause i feel like he's ripping me, which he is. I'm extreamly tight and he knows that so he goes slow and gentle but idk I don't want this to ruin our relationship cause we always seem to get Agrivated with each other afterwards. Someone please tell me I'm not alone or how I can help this.💕
