Lawsuit against landlord?🏠 Black mold while pregnant!

There are more pictures but they're on the iPad. That's just a preview of the issue😡 Let me start off by saying I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I've been extremely sick the past few weeks with a chronic cough, difficulty breathing, and sore throat. Strange thing is, I only felt this horrible when I was at home! I thought it may have been pregnancy symptoms but even my doctor was confused. Weeks went by and I wanted to rearrange some things to make a small closet for the baby. I used this closet for my heels that I haven't been wearing in months. I opened the closet and found fungus and black mold growing on the walls! I immediately called the landlords and went to the ER because the OB told me to and explained all the horrible things that can happen during breathing in mold while pregnant. Luckily the baby was ok. The the landlords tell me they don't have home owners insurance which in CA is illegal when you have renters. They also just told me that "they don't have the money to fix the issue so I should move out" ..excuse me?! I signed a year lease and have only lived there 5months! Any advise on what to do? I've always paid on time and kept the place clean. Everyone is telling me I can sue them for at least $10,000 for everything that is going on?
