HCG under 100

I was on birth control for 10 years and haven't had a period in about 3 years (was on loloesreine fe). On August 26th stopped taking BC so we could start TTC. On Sept 26th I got a faint positive test but never had any sort of period or bleeding in the month off birth control. I've taken tests each day after the 26th and they've all become darker and darker. I did labs on Sept 27th and my HCG was 18 and repeat labs on the 29th and my HCG was 69. I'm worried that my values aren't over 100 yet. But I'm also not really sure how far along I'd even be considered since I never got a period. The ovulation strips did say my peak was 9/11 which we BD'd that day and after.

Advice anyone?
