can't reach orgasm

I am still a virgin and I have only reached orgasm maybe 3 times I think when masterbating. All of the other times it just gets really intense and my clit gets really sensitive like to where I can't rub my clit anymore because it's too sensitive to where it doesn't even feel good anymore. Is that an orgasm because It 8/10 times it doesn't feel like the best thing ever and I don't feel like I need to even moan. However other times I get a sensation that feel so good that I can't even put it into words. Is the first one even an orgasm?
