Cold / sinus congestion
Anyone have suggestions for dealing with a cold / sinus congestion? I took a long hot shower which helped for a while, but I need a longer term solution. Tea is helping my scratchy throat but I don't know what to do about my sinus pressure and stuffy nose. What do you guys do? I'm 32 weeks.
