Pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy

I had emergency surgery in Jan 2014 due to ectopic pregnancy (6 wks) and had my left tube removed. Just wondering if anyone out there has had the same happen to them and have a successful pregnancy after. And how long did it take you to conceive?? Need some encouragement :)
