CLOTH OR DISPOSABLE DIAPERS ?

Please help me decide what's really the difference

The difference is one gets thrown away and costs more money, and the others  are reusable and a lot cheaper but you have an extra load of washing every 1-2 days.

I chose cloth. And LOVE it! 
My reasonings were:
Saves money
No chemicals on baby's bum
Not adding to the landfill unnecessarily 
Easier transition to potty training
Resale value

We're planning on cloth diapers except when they're sick and the first few days because no one wants to wash those ones.

Both. Im doing both to start then cloth. 
Cloth: more work safes more,money
Disposable: spend more money less work
