anyone suffering from insomnia? first trimester??

Is anyone else suffering insomnia in their first trimester? I wake up at around 5am and like find it almost impossible to get back to sleep? And I always slept like a baby

Yuppp.. I can fall asleep for naps all times of the day... but if I try to sleep at night I can't ): it's so annoying.. & I always always wake up way too early.

Yessss. I toss and turn all night. I wake up way too much. I can't get comfy and stay that way. 😢😭

Yes I can barely sleep my stomach just bothers but doc says it's normal cause I'm still in my first trimester

In my first trimester I couldn't get enough sleep.  I'm so sorry you're having this problem....  I was completely the opposite!  Third trimester however...... I've slept two hours tonight from 230-430 am.  It's currently 630 and I'm sipping tea and browsing trying to tire myself out again......

not so much insomnia but once I fall asleep, if someone wakes me up then it takes me a couple hours to go back to sleep smh
