Any pregnancy pains?

I'm 15 weeks today , I'm awear that there is small pains while baby grows, but I'm having pain all over.. Everything hurt not just a little hurts , hurts a lot my feet , legs, back, sides  and so on any one have pain???

I don't have pain everywhere... But I have pain in my neck and mid back. I spend most of my free time laying on heating pad.. which seem to help.

I say go to the hospital are pain maybe the same but are problem isn't the same. Hospital or Dr you never know
