Also, if they don't work, you could try these pregnancy pop drops! They taste like candy (my favorite is the raspberry, but I've found them super helpful! You could probably find them online--I found mine at a pregnancy story called Motherhood Maternity & it's only $6. 😊

Up a little bit more. You have them on both wrists right? It took mine a full 24 hours to really help. I then wore them for about 8 weeks. Wore them in the shower, etc. you should be able to place two fingers above the band.

Nope it is not in the corect position. Just read the instructions carefully. I put it on wrong the first time too but once I learned to put it on properly it helped. Don't give up just yet. Try again but this time read the instructions more carefully. The location where it goes it is really important. Good luck hun!
