I am 9 weeks 4 days pregnant and ftm, i went to my first prenatal around 6 weeks, she had one of those quick hand held ultra sound machines and showed us the baby's heartbeat, i went to my informational appointment with the nurse at 9 weeks. My next appointment is oct 17th and ill be almost 12 weeks along. My concern is i haven't had any blood work or a real ultrasound by then. Is that normal or should i call the doctor to see if i should go in for blood work sooner. Nurse seemed concerned that there hadn't been any blood work or ultrasound orders put through. I just want to make sure baby is ok, and growing properly!
